Much like Delta, our vision provider, VSP, utilizes your individual social security number rather than a member card, so no card is sent to employees. Let your optometrist or eye doctor know that you utilize VSP for your insurance, and that they may submit claims using your social security number.

Still want to have a card? You can print one by creating an account on https://www.vsp.com/, and selecting the “View Member ID Card” tile once you are there.
